I shot with this subject back in '03. She's since gone on to shoot some incredible work (looking for a link to her portfolio). I decided to revisit some of my older work since I've learned a few PS tricks over the last couple of years. Here's the result.

The photo looks okay, but you've shot much better. There appears to be a slight blur across the entire image, like you ran it through NI or it is slightly OoF. This is really noticable in the eyes. There are nice catchlights, but they aren't sharp at all.
To see what editing you did, it would be nice to see the original with this edited version.
