I want to have the ability for my users to select from several options and have it automatically update the prices, like when you Build-A-Computer with Dell. You choose your OS, then your harddrive size, your ram, etc and it will "recalculate" based on your choices.
I want to know how this is done - database? Java? JScript? What's the best/easiest way to do it? Not how Dell does - I already looked. :)

I think a PHP script would be best. Do you know PHP?

Yikes, I found one, but customizing it may be a bit difficult. Why do you think php is best?

Wouldn't it be done like any other shopping website where people perhaps login and when they select items for their cart it automaticaly updates it?
