I can't read Portuguese, but it seems to be an "entry" and it seeks "comments" as far as I can tell...

I can read Portuguese...it says "There is a bounty of $1000 to capture the person who took this photograph. Dead or Alive."

I'd be worried, daisy...get outta the country!

I agree. It looks like a Portuguese photo evaluation site. Someone is clearly passing off your photo as one of theirs.

What you can do is this:

Type up a comment to the photo in English. Copy and paste it into Babel Fish Translation. The grammar will be all wrong, but they should be able to understand what you mean. Leave a comment on the photo both in Portuguese and in English exlaining the situation. I'd also try finding the link to which you could send and email to the admins.

Gotta love babelfish..."To remember to me of its personal information?"

hehe!

It doesn't look like an evaluation site, it's just someone's personal blog. Looks like they came across your photo on shutterline and decided to post it in their own journal. If you want it removed, I'd suggest just emailing the author or leaving a comment.

They are not passing it off as their own, they gave her the credit (according to her post).

I agree with mk, though I do not read Portuguese, I'ts apparent that it is a personal blog. Credit was given directly below the photo. I'm sure the autohor of the site would remove it if asked, but seems like a compliment to me!

i guess i'll go the "flattered" route and see what happens.
