here are a few pics from last week when Shannon and I took our honeymoon in the Florida Keys. We took a day trip to Everglades National park and I was lucky enough to get these shots

This is my VERY first photo of a bird with its prey, I know its not very good, but it was soo cool to be able to see this and capture it with the camera as well

This by far is my best pic of a belted kingfisher, and again the first time I have been able to get close enough to tell what the bird is in the photo.

sorry, I used my D60 and my Tokina 80-400mm. Not sure of the shutter speeds and such, I will dig that out later, I have about 800 pics I need to edit.
The kingfisher is hard to capture as its a skittish bird, or Im just to noisy

They are hard to get. Here is one I tried to shoot yesterday. He landed for a second on the wire but was a little to far away for my Tamron 28-300mm. Even at full zoom I had to crop this way down.
Your Osprey 1 shot is great!
