Hi, what does everyone think of this one? Would it make a good print for DPCPrints, or is it too weird?
Thank you,
Mark

I'm thinking the Pastels against the vibrant background are a little too much for me. Beautiful background and the mime is kind of cool, for me just not together.
What's weird is the name of the location...Is that pronounced the way I think it is?

I know, when I first saw the name of that place I thought the same thing. But now I forget that's how English speaking people see it, so I don't even think of it anymore. It's pronounced Poo'git.
Thanks for the comment on the picture Andy. Any more comments on the picture anyone??

That sky is awesome looking. I don't particularly like the mime, but not everything is going to appeal to everyone. As far as if it's too weird to put up for a print...I say why not, go for it. If someone doesn't like it they won't buy it (in other words, it's not going to hurt anything).

i thought it was fake (ie: pasted the mime in there), and didn't like it because of it.. then i realized it was real and now i do sort of like it, although i agree that the pastels against the vibrant colors make for a very unique style of image that some people may not care for, while others will love it.. i wish there was some way to get rid of that wall though (some burning maybe?).

i like it, but then again i like bizarre images, as long as they dont appear to be weird for the sake of being weird. That's a photo i would be stoked to have taken, it takes something out of the ordinary, and puts an ordinary spin on it. As a print I am not sure, though. Do you have any other takes of the shot with different compositions?

It's pretty cool. I think it would have worked better if you'd shot from a lower angle so the head wasn't bisecting the horizon line...

The subject stands out too much in front for me. maybe if the focus on the man was a little softer. I do like the background though, but the major contrast between subject and background doesn't do it for me.
