Went through some photographs last night and added quite a few to my portfolio.
this one was an outtake from the night shot II.
My actual submition didn't as well as I expected. Some of the reasons to that I figured out after the challenge and some I still am wondering about.
In any case, what would you vote this one had I submitted it instead?

Well, while your original entry did not score that high, it was selected a favorite twice. I really liked it and rated it an "8" during the challenge. The only thing lacking for me, was just a bit of sharpness in the image. Boats on the water can present problems to photograph because of the subtle motion of the water, which can fool our eyes into thinking a boat is "stopped" on water like a car is stopped on pavement. But, since water is often moving, albeit, ever so slightly, it can create a slightly blurry image when trying to capture a long exposure such as your shot did.

The second image I would have rated lower, maybe 4 or 5, just because it is too abstract for me.
