Tried for a different approach on this, using a ribbon winner as inspiration and trying to come up with my version.
Kinda backfiring on me...as I see most went for a recognisable version of the original....oh well, good luck to all.

Have suspicion my shot, which also follow that precept, isn't doing so well either - there certainly isn't the number of comments to suggest it's doing well.
It is, however, highly flattering to have four versions of shots of mine in there :-)

I hope other photographers see it that way, too (as flattering). I certainly didn't mean to offend the original artist and gained a greater appreciation of his ability in the process. |

My outtake. I had already entered it, then decided to try something else. Judging by my current score of 5.8548, I think I probably made the right choice.
