This one seems tricky...i read (into) the descrption that no set-up shot will meet the challenge.
Perhaps an abstract?
Gees, this one is gonna be tough.

Sounds like a great idea for a challenge to me. Now for the hard part...:) |

Rock formations, clouds, bushes that look like faces and that sort of stuff.
Please no raisins lined up to make a happy face. |

This is a neat challenge - though, not sure if I will come across something worth entering.
But here is one I took a couple of years ago. I hope you can see the face. I had to point it out to my husband at the time.

I didn't see it on my first viewing, although I wanted to really bad! Then after coming back later.... there it is! Just jumped out at me! Cool, Janice! |

As there's no such direction against using set ups, this photo would meet the challenge, in my books. (Actually, I gave it a 5 in Wacky Foods challenge and would probably give it the same here. |

That's VERY difficult to see. It would probably get marked down due to the amount of time people spend looking.

But you'll have to hope that voters actually see the figure this time. Maybe a much tighter cropping would have helped.
(edited to add)
Maybe this would have been more obvious. Cropping and burning on the figure.

funny, the face is much better visible from the thumbnail than the fullsize

but in a 'face' challenge it would be cropped tighter..... |

Many people commented that there were lots of 'hidden' animal faces in this shot of mine: |

Well, to me it pops right out - especially on the thumbnail. ;-)
As for marking it down - it's not a photo I would have entered for judging. I just thought it was a shot that fit this thread.
And I wanted to see if anyone else saw it or if my imagination was getting the best of me.

A lot of the others i had some trouble finding the hidden face, but this one was real easy. I'd go capture the dragon again..too bad for the drive :( |

1000+ KM roundtrip for one shot? hmmmmm. Let's see, check road conditions first:
Roads close to dragon
sorry, too many blue roads (slippery) and I have a 16 yr old Peugeout and the clutch is just about to go. I could buy another clutch-system, but I'd rather some L-glass :)
I have another spot in mind, won't post from there unless I make up my mind NOT to go there. Only 150 KM each way, so that's a no-brainer.
