| After I put my pictures on the computer and start to view them, they are all much darker, and I need to use photoshop to increase the brightness. It's a pain in the butt to do it to every picture, and I was wondering if there was a reason for them turning darker when I transfer them to my computer. |

Either your monitor is out of adjustment, or when you open the file the software you are using is applying a profile which is mis-matched to your monitor.
It's really hard to diagnose these problems more specifically unless you know what hardware, software, and OS are involved. |

What are to comparing them to, the display on your camera?
It could be that your computer monditor is off.

| If you post an image with no brightness adjustements, we can tell you if it looks dark on ours. |
