Does anyone know any good sites that have great photoshop tutorials?
please help. I want to spend sometime on those type of sites.

Good-Tutorials.com claims to have 5,602 tutorials. Have fun...

I've checked that out it doesn't seem that good... or is it?

Since they just collect various "tutorials" from around the web, you do kind of have to work to separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak.

Perhaps these tutorials at Adobe's site are more like what you had in mind?

It depends on what you want to learn. Most of the tutorials on that site use the basic tools of photoshop. You may not want to create a sphere in photoshop but the things you learn from attempting it and getting to the know the tools is what counts. You then take what you have learnt and apply the knowledge to your images. If you want tutorials that tell you exactly what to do with your exact image then you'll be looking for a long time. Also if you're looking for tutorials on how to get specific styles that photographers use you'll be looking for a long time too, or else have to pay 200+ USD. The best suggestion I can make is for you to make a list of the things you want to learn and then go look for tutorials that do that and spend time doing them over and over until it's second nature. The basics of photoshop for photographers involve knowing about levels and curves and masking and layers and the various blending modes and what they are good for.

Thanks everyone for the tips now i'll be of for sometime doing some searching on the styles i find! :)
