Haven't I seen this challenge before? It doesn't say Deja Vu II.
I could have sworn we'd already done this...

For some reason, I see lots of those red filter HEART shots coming. ;) |

anyone care to share what the exact prompt is? maybe just copy and paste.. this one has me puzzled since i'm not a member and can't see (usually it's not too hard to get the gist of it just by the title).. maybe we're not supposed to be able to, but i figured that was more just because it would rather ask us to join than show us what the challenge is.

Pay tribute to a previous ribbon-winning image, either by imitation or parody. |

thanks! ahhhh - wow, talk about a lot of possible duplicates coming up. somehow i'm guessing the winner may be more along the lines of a parody, because people tend to like new things (and i assume that it may be easier to imitate a previous winner than it would be to improve upon without changing). just my guess, but don't mind me since i'm not a current member ;)

I was kind of thinking the exact opposite lol :p I see it as good in a way, but I like being able to use my own creativity. I guess in your own way you can still do that in this challenge. It could be fun.

wonder if any ribboners will tempt fate and try to reshoot their previous ribbon setup

You should be able to see it. Just click on the word "Challenges" at the top menu.

Do you think we can add text if the copied challenge permitted it? |

Hmmm... Exactly one year ago today when I shot what turned out to get the blue. The barge still sits exactly where it was last year though I doubt the sky will be the same and the birds will not be there for sure.

Bruchen: Just thought, but maybe you could swim out and put some pillows there. They might look like the birds
