I was on a litle phototrip and I got engulfed in the most amazing northern lights I have ever seen here in iceland.
Just wanted to post 2 screenshots from it :)

Envy is not good... but that's what I'm feeling right now :-)
... I've allways wanted to see northern lights, in fact that is one of my dreams.

Those are some beautiful lights, I really do get annoyed with you icelanders sometimes. Living in Iceland is like having an extra photographic tool that no-one else can have :P.
Don't get me wrong, Australia has a vast array of incredibly beautiful places... it's just that most of them are so far apart - damn oversized nation.

can never see enough of the northern lights.
we get them here in vermont now and then, but they are rare.
too much overcast skies this time of year.

This was actually taken nearly a year ago but I just recently put it in my portfolio.
