I meant to post this at the start of the month. An advent calender, distinctly non Australian front, but photos all from Australian photographers.

P.S. Thanks to whoever did the original image/workings for the actual calender ... but I have no idea who they were.

| It's basically a calendar that's used to count down the days until Christmas. They come in different styles...little windows you can open or things you can hang, but the point is that there is some little activity to do each day until Christmas. |

Yeah, we used to have them as kids where you opened the window each day and got a nice little picture.
Nowadays, what is the modern world coming to ... my kid has one where each day he finds a tiny chocolate behind the window :)
