You guys are always great at solving problems, and I need help with one our church is having...

We need a good e-newsletter program that:

1. Is easy to learn.
2. Sends email in text and/or html
3. Easy to integrate into a website so we can "publish" it to the church website.
4. Ability to schedule automated delivery.
5. Do not want to pay per email delivered, or for the number of people on the distribution list.
6. Is inexpensive.

Many of you have websites with newsletters, or work for companies that have e-newsletters, so any information or direction is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Linda

I don't do this a lot but when I do, I simply use MS Word and do a mail merge joining email addresses in Excel with Newsletter content in Word. Works great. This is standard Outlook functionality and it's a pretty "Low Tech" solution (involving electronics ... but I digress).

Good place to start your search...

//php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/Mailing_Lists/

//www.hotscripts.com- might have some there. I use to use one called Mojo Mail. More of a mailing list that people would sign up for, but you could put in addresses yourself. I can't seem to find the link to it now though.

A cool thing about the Mojo Mail program is that you could send a webpage to people on the address list. So with this you would be able to make the page, then send it out. Instead of making the newsletter, then turning it into a webpage.

Ok, the reason I couldn't find it was because the name changed.. Its now called Dada Mail - Dada Mail

I used to use Mojo Mail and can fully vouch for it. Incredible application! Thanks for reminding me :D
