My dad, upon reading about the D70 that I won on eBay (which arrives tomorrow WOO HOOO!!!!!), fell in love with it and went and ordered one for himself too. (Way to steal my thunder Dad :D)

The catch: aside from an introduction to photography course when he was in college, he's a photo newbie. He has used a Canon digital p&s (not sure which one) up till now, he's relatively tech savvy, and he's dating a woman who was a pro photographer for many years. That all being the case, I'm not too concerned about him getting up to speed on photography, he'll do fine there.

But he's gonna need some help with Photoshop and doing his post processing. I've started a page of my own personal favorite links for both photography and PS, but I know there is a wealth of info out there that I probably haven't yet found. Anyone wanna add to my list? Please post your favorite photo/PS tutorials here, and I'll add them to my page, which is here: //titoi.com/0000.html

(BTW, that's still a work in progress, I think there might be some old and broken links in there...)

Thanks in advance guys!!

Hey, Andi! Long time, no see! Congrats on your new camera. That's so awesome. I've heard great things about the D70 and you should be very happy with it.

As for PS links I have all of my favorites online. Somehow the headings aren't quite right so if you look under "Graphic Design" and under "Stock Photography" you will find a bunch of (hopefully still working) links to PS sites. Hope this helps.

My Favorites

Jen

about 2 years ago adobe actually had some great mpgs and movs on their studio site. you have to create an account, but i found it to be worth it. (i haven't been there in a long time - not sure what it's like now)

also the magazine "Photoshop User" has some good tips and tuts
