I'll try and help this one survive, faidoi. Anyone shooting in Malta, let me know, see who can find a proper landmark.

Hey DPDave you in Malta?
There is a landmark called the Mamo Tower (I think) somewhere in Malta - could be in Gozo but doubt it.
Anyway, probably not special to shoot? But that was made for my family (mums side is Maltese - Mamo being the family surname)

Yep, babysitting a boat in Gzira. I will ask around about the Mamo Tower. I hope it's not in Gozo, I just spent last weekend up there.
A side note, if Malta is laid back, Gozo is horizontal!!!

Not sure if people would have heard of it, maybe Mosta Dome ? that really impressed me on my visits, and it is very photogenic.

I'm always good to try shooting in DC. :) The National Tree lighting is tomorrow. Any takers?

Thanks for that PeeCee. Now I have to figure out; a)If I should shoot that, since it's been exposed on this forum, and b) can I shoot it better than the other picture.
Maybe I should just let this thread die quietly...
