Looks good -- now only if someone would write up a step by step on how they do that I could maybe learn!

| not sure how the original looks, but some of the pink looks a little out of place (the clouds are so dark, yet the pink is so bright) - maybe if the color shift was more slow/graduated? |

| Not sure how it compares to the original, but this has a dramatic look which I think works well. |

| i think you're on the right track, tc, but have to agree that the pinks make it look a little over-processed. i'm sure there is a happy medium inbetween where you started and what you have here. there is definitely drama in the making! |

I must agree with the deapee! I think that is a bit exagerated the colour but a very nice work. It's a shame that the "Learn" issue on the menu above has been a bit forgotten, so that the less skilled in Photoshop can lear. I know that DPChallenge isn't about Photoshop, but it is about photograph qualaty, and photo qualaty can be inploved in learning.

Color issues may be from my use of layers. Here is the same shot with levels and hue/saturation turned off. Sky is still burnt.
Gotta go to work so don't have time to resize the original right now but will when I get home. |
