Hey guys
Can you give any feedback etc.. on the below. Taken tonight with my new D70. I am stuned by the quality this camera kicks out. I hope to get a higher scores on average with this baby and maybe improve on that Red Ribbon :-)
Edits, Cropped, USM, brightness and contrast have slight adjustments, all in PSP8

Shots like this make me want to get my d70 soooo bad.
The detail is superb. Along with your photography talent, you will be in blue territory soon enough.

Clean pic Darren.
I think maybe you should trade you D70 for my Olympus E-10 though. It'll get you a lot more ribbons.
Straight up trade?

I'm sure you will be happy with the D70. Its a great camera. With your score don't expect miracles its a learning curve with the new camera but it will open up lots of photographic creativity.

thanks for the replys,
Gurille i know not to expect miracles but i think i will be selecting the challenges i enter in favour to try and lean towards my strenghs.
i know what i am weak at and will be working on these over the coming decades......
BradP I think i will decline the offer for now..lol

Oh I know that, but im a broke college student.
I have to sell my 717 first then think about it.
Hoping these stock sights can help me get there quicker.

Dont worry, i had some major explaining to do to "er in doors" AKA " The ball and chain" after i bought mine.
Still after the first pic of our son she was quite happ with the results :-)

sorry Artyste, just some things i wanted to do need a DLSR. must say though the S7000 was a dam fine camera |
