As always, neat... This shows great 'technical' photography... The DOF management is bang on, and you've got a full range of tones in the face between the highlights on the nosse and whites of the eyes down to the iris of the eyes and the deep shadows.
The scar/pressure mark on his forhead is a little distracting, I'd be tempted to whip out the stamp too if it were me, but then I can't get anyone to sit in front of my camera long enough to dink with lights and poses...
