Can anyone explain or point me in the right direction how to use the Al Servo focussing method on my cam.Do I keep the shutter depressed and focus on the subject at all times, can't seem to work it out.
Maybe a scenario or two would help,
Thanks,
Paul.

Thanks Tim,
I did a search, missed this one, but they are all a bit vague as to the exact procedure of using it.I was hoping for a simplistic explanation from a user maybe.

basically once one of the AF points locks focus the camera will track the ( moving ) object whether it's on an AF point or not. i think you just keep your finger on the shutter like you are auto-focusing.

i have the feature only in 'sports' mode which also annoyingly limits ISO to 400 or 800 - so i dont use it too much./

Right Tim, I'll give it a go when I can get a bit of decent weather,
Thanks again,
Paul.
