Please be advised the results of the 'Calendar' challenge have been recalculated due to a disqualification. The entry previously in 4th place was disqualified due to being taken before the challenge submission period. Congratulations to everyone on their new rankings.

It was my 'April Showers' in Black and white
My explanation is I have been moving into a brand new house, with heaps to do. I had a trip to Autralia (suddenly) to see my daughter having her first baby, and I have just had my camera repaired my Fujifilm Fine Pix 2600Z and didn't notice the date was not correct on return.I do not usually have to change the date on that camera whereas with my S3000 I do everytime I recharge the batteries.
I did take the image, in the time frame I got my daughter to load it onto the site and submit the proof while I was away all was done as I see correctly. The proof was sent to Drew
I know I took the image correctly. I am not ashamed of doing anything wrong.apart from hurrying to get it done
I know it was a good image and I accept DPC has rules but I am D Q for being honest and I am just too busy at the moment but feel it was unfair, but I accept my own stupid mistake for not checking my camera.
No hard feelings. I still have a very fine image to see and thank you to the people who chose it as a favorite and voted for me.
