I am trying to decide which camera I am going to buy. The two in debate are the Nikon D70 and the Nikon D100. What are the huge differences between them? I know the D100 will be better in small ways too, but that just comes with price. The type of photography I will be doing will be the same type of photos at //www.elalarado.com/sakdol/index.htm
As of right now, I am leaning towards the D70 because I can't find enough huge differences between the two to pay that much extra for the D100.

| Get the D70. It has some improvements on the d100 as that camera is old and has now been discontinued. There is a rumor that there will be another camera to replace the d100 in the not so distant future. The main issue I have with my d100 is the noise levels is pretty bad. |

| Having owned the D70 and D100 I would buy the d70, with the kit lens 18-70mm and a 1.8 50mm, and if you can a 70-200 f2.8 vr. |

d70 is definitly better for the money, and arguably a completely better camera than the d-100. metering in d100 slightly better, thats bout it
