I am trying to decide which camera I am going to buy. The two in debate are the Nikon D70 and the Nikon D100. What are the huge differences between them? I know the D100 will be better in small ways too, but that just comes with price. The type of photography I will be doing will be the same type of photos at //www.elalarado.com/sakdol/index.htm
As of right now, I am leaning towards the D70 because I can't find enough huge differences between the two to pay that much extra for the D100.

Get the D70. It has some improvements on the d100 as that camera is old and has now been discontinued. There is a rumor that there will be another camera to replace the d100 in the not so distant future. The main issue I have with my d100 is the noise levels is pretty bad. |

Having owned the D70 and D100 I would buy the d70, with the kit lens 18-70mm and a 1.8 50mm, and if you can a 70-200 f2.8 vr. |

d70 is definitly better for the money, and arguably a completely better camera than the d-100. metering in d100 slightly better, thats bout it
