just wondering what you all think about this one?
the entry i have now and my ofs entry are doing and did badly, so i just dont know what deserves above a 4. whatever i guess.
how would you have voted this one in the B&W..

This is great!
...and people say that the title doesn't matter! This title creates the context for this great photo.
I would have scored this a 7 or maybe an 8...I only give out about 4 or 5 9's in a challenge and I think I've only given out about 6 or 7 10's since I joined. My point is that it would have likely ended up in the top 5% of my voting scale.
I really like it!

| Wow!, thanks! Yes my 14 mo old Kada... I really liked this shot but didn't submit it cause she had a cut on her nose that i edited out. |

That's a lovely portrait - one that would look great framed and up on the wall. The light in her eye is lovely.

Looks good to me too, and the highlights are not clipped at all on the histogram. Nice portrait, cute kid! |

If I was voting on this, I would give it a 6. This I feel is better than the average entry and gets a score better than my average of 5.2xxx |

I think it is a good shot therefore it would have received a 6 or 7 from me. Good lighting and shadows and great focus for this picture. You didn̢۪t do much editing [or if you did, you did a great job] keeping the photo real. Subject is just adorable with her big dark eyes. And the title explains to the viewer what she is concentrating on. After writing this critique the more I̢۪m leaning towards a great shot so that would mean I would give it an 8. Great job!
