| I cropped it, resized it, ran it through neat image, adjusted color, levels, and then decreased the brightness a little. |

Its a cool idea
I don't like the light direction.... i.e. the shadow on the right... I would try to eliminate that one in some way.
The glass kinda distorts the "tree stuff" in a cool way but you kinda loose focus at the edges of the glass wich I think can be fixed by maybe a higher f?
my take on it :)
But I like the idea :) |

i agree about the shadow, it could use more light..doesnt really hold my interest but some may like pine cone photos though, so my taste doesnt matter. when i think of pine cones i think of christmas. i think if you put something else with the thought of christmas in it...then it could quite possibly be a christmas card or something
