Does anyone know the name of the software the DPC uses to resize uploaded images to thumbnails?

I have a client who has about 8 billion product images and they would like a web-based photo catalog for internal use. The few packages that are out there that I've seen (in my limited research) are kinda crappy.

And then, it dawned on me: I could make my graphic designers do all of the legwork in uploading the photos if the server could resize them for me. Whoopee!

So...anyone out there with a clue?

Thanks!

ps -- forgot to mention that i'm going to be using a brand-spanking-new linux web server running redhat ent 3. thanks!
