Money ??? - With this Hobby ???by brettdComment: Technical: Fits the challenge- so true, so true!! Exposure composition focus lighting all good. The blue adds a little more interest color-wise.
Personal: Though it fits well, the photo doesn't hold my interest.

A Penny Savedby WildflowerJoyComment: Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus lighting all pretty good.
Personal: The composition makes it feel like she's presenting the piggy bank to someone in the witness box next to the judge. Nice to see a human element added to the typical piggybank shot.

Saving For A Dreamby NeuferlandComment: Technical: Fits the challenge, slightly different take on a very common theme. Exposure composition focus lighting all pretty good, though the reflections on the bank are a bit distracting.
Personal: Not a real wow image.

$Kaching$by justineComment: Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus and lighting all good. Is this a duotone? The DOF is nice.
Personal: Somewhat more creative treatment of a common subject. Nice.

Transparenceby PepetteComment: Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus lighting all good... I'm assuming this photograph is taken through glass or something, which is causing the washed out effect? A little more contrast particularly where the lettering at the top is concerned might be helpful in conveying what exactly the subject is.
Personal: Very interesting, artistic, makes me want to look. I just wish I had a little more clue as to what I'm looking at!

Synonyms for money: Cabbage, Bread, Clamsby GrandmaEMTComment: Technical: Fits the challenge. Exposure composition and focus appear good, but it's a hard to tell because the background is very distracting and the lighting is confusing. It makes the items hard to see clearly. I see a cabbage (I think- is that what the purple thing is? Does it have a disease or holes in it or something?), a coin roll and some shells, but I'm not sure what the other two things are.
Personal: Ambitious idea, a little overdone for me. Definite points for effort!
