Beads are Back in Styleby WildcardComment: A tough shot for selective desat. I think that your colors are a little soft (not saturated enough?) to make this work as well as it could. I also think that you may have missed a couple of the beads by her hand. They look like they should be in color but aren't.

Friend or Foe???by Room11Comment: I've always prefered in a shot like this to have the subject moving into the frame instead of out of it. I wonder if that would make this shot more powerful.

Tail End of the Paradeby raishComment: The cropping top to bottom looks a little tight to me for this forum. Probably looks great at print size but here it's a little constrained.
