IMG_0163_edited.jpgby oksamitComment: This shot IMHO screams black and white. My eye is drawn away from the natural monotone image of the bench to the flowers at either end and I have to force it back to the subject...

Smoke.jpgby loboz33Comment: Elegant in it's simplicity! Not a fan of big borders, but this one works!

Low Budget Low Carb Angstby phoensoulComment: GeneralE? At first I was gonna mark this a lot lower than I'm thinking now.... I usually don't like shots that are processed as much as this one seems to be. Then I thought about how I sometimes feel just like this... When I look at this, I see a conflict between restraint and rage and this time, rage wins.
You're right on the edge with this one. Hope it does well, but doesn't cause a digital art border fight.

RGB Smoke by EddyGComment: Nothing personal EddieG, but IMHO this is not much different from Labuda creating broken glass shards... |

Classicby DCThiessenComment: This would be a nice shot for a reflection without mirrors challenge, but this challenge is called 'Mirrors'.

The Drinking Holeby ArtysteComment: The background in your reflection is extremely blown out. What time of day did you attempt this? It may be an impossible exposure without combining (bracketed) images which is illegal in the challenges and damn near impossible with a live subject. You also appear to be overly sharpened.
