The Iron Dukeby kingskingdomComment: Great textures in this, so smooth, great tones as well. It's an interesting POV/angle and it's easy to tell what the subject is even though it's a small crop. |

Rural stationby Rino63Comment: I like the lines in this, utilizing both corners looks really good and although I think this would look killer in black and white the color works really well too, I love all the green. |

Burn-outby varlyte79Comment: Em, this seems a little messy. Not much of a central focus. I like the colors but I don't connect with much other than that. |

Lil`Runawayby limerickComment: Simply adorable, great costume. I'm not generally a fan of tracks/roads/sidewalks starting at the bottom and going straight into the distance. I think a shot with the tracks going at an angle from one of the bottom corners back would help the eye travel better and make it seem more like the boy is travelling into the future rather than being so stagnant. |

Walschaerts Powerby PhotologistComment: Very cool wheels, much more photogenic than any I came across during my rusty shoot. Looks great in black and white. |

NEWPORTby JammurComment: That bold telephone wire cutting across the sky is very distracting. I think aiming the camera across the street and having the tracks come from the other corner might have been a bit more picturesque. |

Waiting for Trainsby boyhuntsforblissComment: I don't think the tilt does much for this pic to be honest. The ladder and that post are the first thing I notice and it's such a strong silhouette that it's hard for me to look away to find the tracks buried in the darkness. Stars look great, though. |

RER Cby thierr26Comment: Okay, on the one hand, I think the wires and everything are really neat. On the other, I find them very visually distracting. I think a shallower DOF might aide that a bit. |
