Desolateby JaimeVinasComment: The way the clouds are light-colored behind the dark silhouette of the tree and dark in the other part of the sky works so well here. I love the slight blur. I think a closer crop on the bottom would make this even more powerful. |

The Fool on the Hillby MAKComment: This is a nice pic, the scope is grand and I love the colors. I don't feel that the tree itself is symmetrical enough to really pop with center positioning, I would prefer it off to a side. |

Alone at the Endby meyersComment: Good DOF, dull subject and composition. For a more "lonely" feeling, perhaps use more empty space in the pic? This feels overly crowded to me. |

Shaped by the windby hajekaComment: I love the subject. I feel like the pic isn't as sharp as it could be - perhaps it's just compressed from sve to web or perhaps it's the PP? Wish it were sharper. I also think the tree would pop more if you use the blank background of the sky more than the busy backdrop of the land - perhaps a lower angle. |

Dessert Decadence!by ralfwComment: Great reflection and great DOF, but the lighting (from the flash?) is a little harsh and I feel that the composition is a little bit awkward. I think it needs to be more off center or more perfectly centered. |
