Surfingby jnenvirComment: This would have been a 10 pointer if only the shutter speed was higher (to get more 'frozen in time' effect). I can give examples of other images once the challenge is over. Regardless, these pics are hard to shoot. I respect the composition, the exposure, and give it 8/10. Perhaps it would do good in B&W? Just a thought. |

Drawing Levelby Five_SeatComment: Ok. Besides the good parts (sharp, varying DOFs, splash, colors), this picture doesn't appeal to me much. I do see it tells you a story about competitiveness. But it's not quite hitting the spot. Perhaps it's the composition? I don't know. A 7 from me. |
