A different take than most I've seen so far. I find it slightly busier around the model than I would like, as she seems to blend in a little too much. This isn't an automatically bad thing, depending on what you are aiming for, but when fashion should be the focus, and I'm left focusing more on the industrial setting, then there's been a little bit of a disconnect. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

More of a simple type portrait, than a fashion shot, IMO. There simply isn't enough focus on the presentation of what the model sports in wear, accessories, and/or style. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

A decent product shot, but lacking in anything that sets it apart. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

A nice, if somewhat static, studio shot. There's some energy here (especially in the hair), and the primary color work is wonderful, but there's a certain lack of soul... of being. I'm also not certain what it is you want to sell. Considering the "product shot" nature of the photo, I feel that I should want to purchase something the model is presenting, but I'm at a loss as to what that is. The outfit? The hairstyle? The costume jewelery?
It's a little discombobulating. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

Technically decent, but lacking in any real connection to the viewer. I get that we're looking at handbags, but why? The only reason I know this is because of the out-of-focus elements. The in-focus elements simply say "leather", but the object, if put on its own, wouldn't really be recognizable as a specific subject. |

A very well shot scene in bright and direct sunlight. It highlights the fashion, and emphasizes the wear. However, the model and her fashion seem to clash with the choice of background, being dressed in somewhat of a light-casual business look, but placed in a summer carefree setting. The choice to omit bottoms seems to try and recognize this apparent juxtaposition, but doesn't really fully marry them in my eyes. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

This is a nice macro-style minimalist shot, and definitely works in the theme of the challenge nicely. I feel, however, that it's lacking in energy, in a way. Seems a little too static and soul-less. I don't know exactly what I would do differently, but maybe take a less dark and profile look at the scene, and bring in some more of the fuller face. Minimize the "skin pore" style, and maximize the "beauty" angle. If that makes any sense. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
