Harbor Linesby mindbottlingComment: Nice clean lines here. I like the symatry you have going here. I like that the middle mast is black, the other two are purple. There is a hint of pink in the clouds, which could maybe have been brought out a little more. |

Birds in a line on a bridgeby emoonsComment: For some reason, panoramic crops do not usually do well here (a shame really)
Next time, use the maximum available pixels (640 wide) as smaller pictures get hurt as they are harder to see the detail in them.
The colours are a bit uninspiring. Some PP could have got a more vivid shade of blue in the sky |

Lines,Lines Everywhere are Linesby QuigleyComment: I feel there is too much dark areas in this photo. The really interesting bit is the pipes, but much of that is dark. I like what you have tried with the angle though |

rulesby jcb007Comment: nice Idea, but the outcome seems messy, cluttered. The writing from the tape on the right doesn't help either |

Just straight linesby arati_halbeComment: I like this idea. Someone else also did similar. Youa re let down a little by a few attention to detail elments. The Red Pencil needed to be turned so we can't see the brand. The upside down writing facing away distracts. Also, the photo is not straight. It needed to be rotated slightly. This is evident in the top were the pencil is cut off |

T.P.E. by andrewtComment: I will totally ignore the slight bend in the road, and if anyone has a go at you for it, then they probably are bitter.
This long exposure works well for the challenge. The streaks of light work well. Difficult to achieve this on the long exposure without other things getting in the way. Whats the blue light travelling down the left. also, the streak going across on that side. This does influence the effect a little. The bright spots on the left road also interfer with the effect you were trying to get, but hard to get the perfect long exposure, especially with traffic, as something always goings wrong. |

Curved neverthelessby mitalapoComment: It has only straight lines (or straight enough) Love the simple yet effective composition of this. It really works well. Not 100% convinced by the border. Perhaps the lighting could have been a little softer, but that is getting a little picky really. |

Framedby Trumpeteer4Comment: Details: Capture an image that includes only straight lines.
Plenty of curves in this photo, so really doesn't meet the challenge.
However, ignoring that
An interesting photograph. The idea to overexpose the face is interesting, but I am not sure it really acheived its goal here. Maybe a little too overexposed.
With this model, I would have been tempted to have a different background colour, then really emphasise the blue in her eyes. It could be a great feature that will attract attention in any photo of her, especially here where the two fans make the eye the subject. The blue is not as brilliant as the backgound is also blue.
The crop is great, the symetry on both fans with their lines at the edge works well. A great idea for a different challenge. Reshoot a little less overexposed and it could be stunning. |

Double - Straight Up!by carofoComment: DNMC "Details: Capture an image that includes only straight lines."
The back rim of the glass though is lost which is a shame, as is the left edge of the bottle. Light is to strong from the left. |

Apart from that, the image is too dark. It needed fill in light to light the boy and the skateboard. At the moment it is too dark, with a blown out sky. |
