NYC. Subwayby gtroiaComment: The colors are good too, was this done with auto or did you use manual. It looks as though there was no editing at all needing done. |

Moms got me in a corner, mmm .. what can I do? .. look cute!by tolovemoonComment: In depth of my imperfections but practice makes perfect and I am on my way to almost perfect... Good enough....
This was done by a sliding glass window full sunshine on the white. I had my setting set for shade. I turned on a halogen light (thats why blue???)
and tried to get Casey to sit there and smile for me. I wished I had set the exposure, aperature was on auto, hmmmm I think thats it. Not to mention Adobe photoshop curves, levels and smart blur<----shouldnt have done that!! Anyways I had a few other not so bad ones where I turned the light off. I just liked this one better because of his lovely smile. I went back and photo shopped the original again and it actually came out better. With this smile I wouldnt care if the background turned red or some yuck color ... My camera is very capable of taking incredible pictures that I have only just discovered that since I have had it. You really need to play with the settings until it comes out the way you think or see the subject with your eye. The pictures come out better when you manually set them rather then auto. So I am learning:) |
