I was using my old Kodak DX4530 when I took this picture of a moth visiting inside my home.. I loved his colors and designs in the wings. The antennas had a fuzzy look to them and since it was a different subject I did some experimenting...I tried 2 different lights and a flash with several sheets of paper for all of the shots I took...
But this one I used flash, I think I set it on redeye reduction. I had a lamp with a shade on it about a 60 watt bulb sitting overtop of the subject.. The flash and light is defanetly what I dont like about this. It makes the shadows to dark and it takes away from showing the interest on the moth. There is a blur to it that I dont like to much and I think that it was a result from not using a tripod. I do like the way the center has focus but its not enough...The paper that I used has a bad affect to it for texture... I would defanetly change it as well but the color I dont mind and it beats being plain white...(not that white is bad or anything)...And the last thing that I could pick out that really is not so bad but yet could of made it better is the angle of the moth...I defanetly could of used a little more left and overtop of the critter.

THis is one is very nice, You got lucky the sun wasnt to bright, and you had a natural background that made a perfect backdrop..The flowers are even all placed well...

Looks as though she was crying or had tears because the mascara under her eye is thick..Perhaps you could clone or smudge it out..just my opinion...

This is the first one I spotted and had to see first... I like it because its all in focus in the front and has the dark smart blur like in the back...Did you have to do a lot of editing in your photos...

Defanetly having fun, a good expression too... The things in the background are a bit distracting though they are a part of the game, I think this could be neat if you was to move slightly to the left and capture more of the side lines of the field or perhaps a tighter crop... Maybe even the pitcher and umpire included would be a good shot... 8

I kind of like the way it has a contrast but maybe there is a bit to much shadow in front and another light in front wont would help bring out the details in the flowers.. Its neat the way the bottom of the glass is almost a reflector its defanetly got potential and its a nice shot for the day.. I would consider it art if this is the way you intended it to be...
