I love the composition of this shot, the colors -- everything except I find the photo focus is too soft. If this were crisp, you'd rate in the top 5% with this photo.

I like the blurred second hand. Nice action shot of passing time. However, the watch is really warn, and isn't appealing to look at. A clock with some personality might have faired better.

I really like this photo. The only thing that somehow bothers me and I don't know *why* is the lower left corner. The shadows or the dark blue. It shouldn't bother me, but every time I look at it -- I find it distracting. Yet, I don't know that it should be cropped off. It offers some variety. Just thought I'd share my thoughts...

You can certain feel the motion here. You know exactly what is going on in the photo without having to read a thing. I like the fact that you have smooth water up-close and ripples in the background. It gives nice perspective.

The detail of the feature is awesome in this photo. I really like it. The colors are great too, I just wish I could see more green. Another angle to consider would be moving off-center -- so the circle area was only showing by 50% which would allow you to capture more green to the right or left.

What a gorgeous place. The lake is incredible. I hope you took some shots without the sign. Great capture for the life contest though. Good idea and well executed.
