Simply stunning! It helps to have a pretty subject -- immeasurably, but of course you executed everything perfectly too! Close contender if not the winner! On second glance, I suspect you did a lot of touch-up work on this photo which is challenge legal. I get a "painted" feel about it.

I find this photo to be a candid rather than a portrait. For a portrait, the shadows cast over the eyes don't work for me. And the light cast on his check and feet overexpose the photo. Last, the background doesn't add to the photo, but rather it detracts. Hope this helps.
