Aces high / Iron Maidenby LawtonComment: Great song from one of metal's classic albums and one of the soaring songs of the Iron Maiden collection. The idea of flying aces seems to fit the spirit of the song but this is a minimalist take on the title. |

Solitude By Candlemassby jagarComment: Image suits the title if not so much the song which seems much heavier in the Black Sabbath way. The rather delicate stuff floating in the air like lead guitar solos fits well. |

Rat Salad by Black Sabbath by TiberiusComment: From one of the truly formative metal albums, Rat Salad is an instrumental work of art for which this image doesn't seem like quite a fitting tribute. Oh well the challenge didn't say "tribute". |
