I'm torn by this - a masterful shot of the bird but the exposure (or processing) seems way to light. So I thought: maybe its trying to be expressionistic as if the screech of the bird bleached out the scene. OK. I like that. bump

Picasso said that in his abstract paintings, he always included a realistic "key" to draw the viewer in with something recognizable (or something like that). Here the centered window does the trick and the rest is a symphony of abstraction to revel in. The composition is also well integrated with the frame (so few photos are) which is important to sensitive eyes who see the edges as part of the image. bump
