One of the more creative entries, I love this idea, made me chuckle. I think I'd have taken this landscape rather than have that needless sky at the top of the shot in portrait but if that's your own hand, I can see that hanging the camera portrait would have been far easier for you. Good job on the shot either way, hope it does well.

I do really like this shot, good composition and DOF, nice tones; I can't help but think though that simply writing the 'sorry' would have made better sense. The suggestion is obviously that her lover has ditched her and left their keys - portraying that said lover would be in touch again soon doesn't seem to fit the idea. Overall though, I really like this.

Well, I'm truly surprised how low this ranked, I really expected it to come in much higher. The only reason I can think of is that it's very similar to your Indoor Macro II entry but it's a good shot despite that and there are often near-identical outtakes from other challenges in the free study that do well; a strange result indeed!
