Don't know if this poster de-motivates or deflates me. Well framed and good close up but the wayward lash in the right corner of the eye tends to draw my attention first.

Had to take a few views to decide whether this demotivated. I think it does, if you are paranoid, but the low angle of the shoot, the look in the subject's eye and the layout of the poster make this a high scorer for me.
