Thank you. My eyes must have a problem, since I don't really see the blur issues. Perhaps there is too much spread in the top to bottom correction in my glasses.

The top crop is a great idea. I had already experimented with it some. Actually almost no processing; just exposure and levels to spread out the histogram. A little clarity and vibrance in RAW because that seems to help all images.

This is my first real attempt at street photos, it was late evening and with no flash needed lots of light somehow. I'll have to go back and experiment some more.
