I like the documentary/ realism thing you're going for here - there's a nice progression through the different frames in the picture. The perspective through the door is evocative and hints at a hidden Drama. I think if you had cleaned up the details here - e.g taken the chair out of the bottom left and cropped out the printer (?) in the bottom right this would do better. Also it's possibly a bit in need of sharpening.

I like this shot - I think it would have been really great if you'd taken about 10 steps back and composed her on into the bottom right third of the shot - that would really have emphasised the loneliness/ sadness feel here I think.
