Summer almost goneby OdedComment: Focus appears to be off a bit and the lighting is pretty harsh with everyone in their own shadow. The levitating fellow on the left looks a little strange.

Beach Bummerby Purple_GirlComment: Good concept. The ice cream doesn't stand out very well against the brown sand though. Could have better lighting. |

Dandelion Doosie! by heathermarieComment: Love the face she's making! That is so cute! Lighting strikes me as a little flat. More visible eyes would have helped a lot in making it more personal. |

Bummed OUT!!!!!!by Photonut66Comment: Good concept, but the strong lines from the table and bench make you search for the subject, and even longer to figure out whats wrong. |

It's O-o-o-o-v-e-rby cpanaiotiComment: Not bad at all. There does seem to be some halo around some of the branches, maybe from sharpening? I like the lighting a lot. For me, a little sharper focus on the upper branches would be better. |

Joys of Parenthoodby YomiComment: Hey, this is "bummer", not "beat her!" :) I like the subject matter and concept. Lighting is a bit flat and the shadows / highlights on the wall are a bit distracting. The darker dress seems to have lost some detail. The scribbles and the child fight for attention here, but I think the scribbles win out a little due to them having the better focus.

Uh Oh..... what happened?by JudiComment: OMG, he killed it! :) Focus seems a bit soft and maybe a little bit over sharpened, or a tight crop as the diagonals around the child show aliasing and jagged edges. The lighting is pretty harsh as well, although you can't always control that. :) |
