Feet Firstby BruBComment: we had the same idea. I shot the "feet first" view as well, but them my model suggested an alternative image which I submitted instead. The lighting is very effective here and the exaggerated point of view looks good - wide angle lens? I think you could hve added some simple text at least to the toe tag, but the reason for it is obvious and words would add clutter so this simple and effective image, so maybe you choice correctly. The feet themselves are the only distraction to me in the shot. Something about them - too much NeatImage? - makes it look puffy and baby like. Not much of a negative, though - this is a terrific image. |

If the shoe fits...by smokeditorComment: my favorite in this challenge. clean and simple, fun and flirty. I like the simple frame place behind the subject as well. 10 from me. |

footby colddog15Comment: I find this interesting, but also disturbing. there is a story in thsi shot, but I don't lnow if I'll like it when I hear it. kudos for creating a thought provoking image. |

Painted Mandalaby RoosterComment: excellent angle on the feet and interesting decorations. I think, though, that the choice of the rug as the background could have been better. while it might fit thematically with the foot pint sumbols, it competes with them too much. A simpler background would have emphasized the feet. |

Kick Itby arnitComment: great pose, great decisive moment, poised right before the action. I like the negative space, but wish the kicking foot was wholly visible. |

THESE Boots Are Made For ...by GeneralEComment: great scene. I like how the woman's face is obscured by the post, forcing the viewer to define her by her footwear. I also like the secondary feet in the background providing fashion contrast to these long heavy boots. good street photography shot. |

Are These My Feet?by dcanoComment: this is a great angle on the bird and its feet. too bad te background is so cluttered and the leg band is also a distraction. this would be a great image to play with to knock out the background and just have the plain, simple impact of the bird's head and feet. |

On A Summer Nightby muur88Comment: I really like the point of view here although I wish there was slightly more space between the upper knee and where the ceiling moulding comes to a corner. The pose and the lighting are also very nice. the tomes are too flat for my tastes though - I'd like to see more punch from darker black tones. The "horizon" line of the floor looks crooked to me, but that might have been intentional given the camera angle. |

Leggyby rameviComment: this crop is not very flattering if you were tring to get "Leggy" as the main concept across. he may be leggy, but the position on the butt and thighs and the fact that the knees are cut out of frame makes the lower legs and feet appear stumpy to me. Lighting is pretty flat too. This might have been a good candidate for a black and white conversion to emphasize the high heels and feet. |
