the composition seems static to me. the eye is drawn to the stem by the light. the leaf appears to have been moving enough to blue the image but not enough to the interesting. the OOF att he bottom are just distracting. taken in very bright conditions? taken photos in very bright light can be done but it's challenging to get it to work. try morning or late afternoon and when the air is still.
