	Sea Horse? by phlover Comment: Guessing this is a statue of some sort? Not sure what that blue outline is from - added in pp?

	its a horse of course by Maver Comment: Focus seems off up and down across the image. There are also major jpg artifacts present throughout the photo. The image size is only 20kB - you are allowed up to 200kB. That alone would have eliminated most if not all of the jpg compression artifacts.
