Starbursts all over the place show a small aperture was used. Couple that with nighttime, and this had to be done with a longer exposure. |

Nothing is evident to me that this was taken with a tripod. It could have easily been done handheld. |

I had to look closely, but I can see the light trails from cars driving by on the bridge and elsewhere. |

Nothing in this shot says tripod to me. The water is choppy and not smooth and the clouds appear stationary as well. If this was done on a tripod, it could have been done handheld as well. |

You didn't really need the tripod legs in the shot. The moon and lights on the horizon already say it's dark out. The other objects in the shot are sharp. |

I know how hard it is to get these types of shots up close, but with the right lighting it can be done handheld. |
