This is a small nit, but for shots like this I always think the still life objects should be flawless, i.e., brand new. The nicks and scrapes are distracting.

I feel I have to leave a comment because I can't tell you how many times I have gone back to look at this image. Out of the tens of thousands of photographs I look at, I might actually look at a half dozen more than once and even less than that I see more than twice.

Just messy. Have no idea what the point is. Is it the sky? Surely it's not the fence itself. The partial plant and houses showing and the under exposed trees, etc really clutter the image.

For me, and most others, an image should have a clear subject and usually just one subject and it should be obvious from viewing the image. None of that is apparent from looking at this image.
