March Macro - Day 9 - Carnationby valknerComment: This carnation has more color variations then the orchid IMO and thus works better on the black background. I still like the artistry of your lighted colorful backgrounds so much more then this black one. Sorry. March Macro - Day 8 - Orchidby valknerComment: I don't really like the flatness of the black background. I really liked the backgrounds your were lighting in the other photos. I do not see flowers on black in nature so it throws me off center a bit. I do like the flower and the focus, DOF and lighting. |

Day 9 - Abstractby kteachComment: The abstract look is very appealing but I am distracted by the blurry white on the right. No offense intended. Maybe this blur is part of the balancing of the dark sharp areas so I am inclined to like the whole image the more I look at it. |
